This is probably one of the most common questions we get and typically the answer is no. Unless we specified in the listing that the software is included it is most likely not, although that does not mean it can not be found online for free. We have found that most manufacturers of professional or industrial grade gear have software and support documentation available for download right on their website and most of the time it is free. Do not assume that the software is available or compatible with your operating system, please do your research prior to purchase.
This is another one of those questions we do get asked quite frequently, typically after the product someone was just looking at sold out. Due to the ever changing nature of our inventory we really can not say if a particular item will ever return to our inventory, the time to buy something is when you see it. If something you were thinking about buying sells before you have a chance to purchase it please send us a message with your information and we will let you know if that item is restocked before we list it in our store.
As hard we try to be knowledgeable with every item we sell there are some products that might be outside of our teams technical know-how. Due to this we try to include all of the model specific information we have available in the item description and sometimes this may not be sufficient in determining compatibility. If this is the case we strongly recommend you visit the manufacturers website or contact them directly prior to purchasing.
We accept all major credit cards or cash in person if picking up in our store, on items that exceed a certain price threshold we will require a bank transfer to facilitate the purchase. On certain transactions that our payment processor deems high risk we may reach out to you via a phone call to confirm that you are the person using your credit card and not someone else. We do reserve the right to cancel any transaction for any reason we deem fit, it's not common that this happens but as an online retailer obviously fraudulent activities are a significant risk for us. If purchasing through PayPal we will only ship to the confirmed address on file.
All ground or standard shipments will ship out the same day if payment is confirmed before 1pm est. All freight shipments typically require 2 business days to allow us the time to properly protect your item for shipping. If you need faster shipping please contact us prior to purchase to see what options we have available.
Due to the nature of our business and the types of items we sell we do not offer returns. We do strongly encourage you to check out the pictures and descriptions prior to your purchase or if in doubt about any item please reach out to us with any questions you may have.
